The weather was still dry when we left Škofja Loka and returned to Ljubljana on the worn out old bus and back in the city we wandered down the left bank of the river and took in some of the sights that we had missed the night before.

I loved Ljubljana when I also hopped over on a random cheap flight. The waterside I remembered as a particularly beautiful part of the city. However, I saw it in the summer, a wonderful time to see Ljubljana, so no fear of snow!
The waterside was a great part of the city but a shame about the graffiti!
