Santorini Greek Door

“AII I want to do is join the happy crowd behind the green door                         Wish they’d let me in so I could find out what’s behind the green door.”          Bob Davie and Marvin Moore – ‘Green Door’

    • Yes, good point. I remember Play School but it was just a short while after my time for pre-school television. In fact, I don’t think there was pre-school television in the 1950s!

      • Of course, silly me, I always forget how much older you are than me 🙂 I never liked play school. All I can remember is whether they were opening an orange door or a yellow window or some such rubbish. I’m sure my dad liked watching all the kids TV progs more than I did.

My school finished early at 3.20 so I was home in time for everything. As a young kid I got picked up. The benefits of private education are that you pay to school your kids and they spend less time at school, shorter hours and longer holidays 😀

A post, a post, I must write a post about prep school!

      • Yes you must write that post.
When my children were young I always enjoyed watching Rainbow with them. Geoffrey, Zippy, George, Bungle and the singers Rod, Jane and Freddy! I think I have still got the videos somewhere, just haven’t got a video player!
