Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire, UK
Cleethorpes is not a glamorous place
You’ll never see a famous face
No swanky yachts or cruise ships here
No sipping champagne just swilling beer
But in the morning with the early tide
It’s a place to go and photograph with pride.
Looks like a great spot Andrew. Feeling poetic today? 🙂

Looks peaceful and inviting for a long walk. If that is water, what are those poles (in the water?)? If that is water, might they be lights?

They are groynes or breakwaters and I think the upturned basket things are to warn people where they are when they are submerged.

When they are submerged? Wow. The water level rises that much? I keep learning new things every day. Gotta love it. 🙂
