Peggy and I have a heck of a time even finding postcards anymore, Andrew. She likes to send something written to grandkids. I suspect it is hard to compete with instant photos on your phone, however— we do our share. –Curt

There are always plenty of postcards in Europe Curt but I don’t know what people do with them? I have quite a collection in my travel souvenir box but I haven’t put a stamp on one and posted for quite some time!

So basically, they become souvenirs, reminders of where you have been, and a hobby. Seems like a good hobby to me. Peggy and I like to collect coffee cups as reminder son where we have been. Post cards would fit into a much smaller space. 🙂

That’s right Curt, I keep threatening my son with them as part of his inheritance but he never looks especially thrilled by that!
