Earlier in the year my daughter invited us along on a camping holiday. Not being a fan of tents I turned the opportunity down but offered the alternative of a modern luxury caravan.
She didn’t take a lot of persuading, it turns out that she is not such a big fan of camping either!
Have Bag, Will Travel 
Yeah, no campers in our household, either. Motorhomes? Yup. Have done a few. They are great.

Now that is something I would like to do. European roads are a bit too crowded for me but when I make my next visit to the USA it is something I might try!

About 10 years ago we bought a cheap tent and tested it out in the back garden. We settled in at about 11 o’clock and lasted about 3 hours before going inside!

I love the boat.
And I won’t go camping anymore. It’s hard enough getting out of my armchair if I fall asleep during the movie.
