I want to go back but I am a bit fearful. So much has changed, the old ferries are gone, the dilapidated buses are no more and the old village shops are now mini-markets. That’s progress I suppose!

I guess! My friends went to Santorini and Paros so pretty commercial I expect. I’m just reading an account of village life in the Algarve in the ‘old days’. Is that your next trip? You’ll have to email me dates 😍💕

We travel to Faro on 31st August and set off immediately along the Algarve and then into southern Portugal and then to Extremadura in Spain. We return to Algarve on Sunday 15th September four four days so if you are around we can meet up for coffee or a beer!
