Having Germans in the family , Berlin is a city without soul only for the politicians!

  Germans are more practical.
  Of all the places that I have written about Berlin gets the most negative comments about not wishing to go there. What a shame!

Some wonderful photos. I would certainly visit Berlin, have never been there but any city with so much history would be worth a visit.

I loved that clock tower. The architecture you show is so very different from what I have seen elsewhere. Best wishes for next year Andrew.

    We didn’t do the Spandau Prison Tour – couldn’t fit everything in, even in a couple of trips! Just went to Charlottemburg and had lunch in a nearby square, which was delicious!

    I didn’t go the prison, only to the fortress which was rather lacking in anything of real interest.
