  1. Andrew, in three years I’ll be 80. Guess what I did when I knew we would be in Lockdown. I bought a Spitfire Mark Vb. It’s a Tamiya kit. Made in the Philippines. And I did exactly what you did. I glued the obvious bits first and so I can’t add in some fine detail in the cockpit. I’ll show you when it’s finished.

  2. Oh I love history too bad does not pay well. My Univ trained British pilots before during and after WWII , first in four airfields around Florida. Churchill and Roosevelt decided to open a civilian disguise training (as US was neutral at the time) done by John Paul Riddle pres of my univ to train British pilots so they can go back and defend GB, the story is long here is more
