This is Christmas 1960 at my grandparents home in Catford, South London and my sister Lindsay and I are clearly in awe of this magnificent lifelike specimen.

How right you are Andrew. I have never met a Christmas Tree I didn’t like. Ours have grown smaller since we normally spend Xmas alternating between kids. But we still have a tree. We have now gone to buying live ones that we are planting on our property! –Curt
