And I had a plague of ticks in high summer!
Oh, Lordy! Can’t seem to escape that snow today 🙂 🙂 Yorkshire all clear now? Just very soggy….
No snow so far this winter in Grimsby Jo. Being on the coast seems to keep it away.
Oh, Andrew! I pictured you on your sled! 🙂 🙂
Quite some scenes
Excellent collection. The first one (upper left) drew me in.
Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it.
What a treat, to make up for snowless Grimsby. We’ve had plenty – how odd.
Very often it fails to get any closer than the Wolds and being by the coast weather from the West doesn’t quite make it this far.
we spend some weeks in Kirchzarten and in the Feldberg Hotel every year. We always had enough snow for skiing. But we lived in the Scandinavian Arctic later and there we started to love real winters. We like the clear air and all the optic illusion when the temperatur falls below minus 25 C. Now we live at the North Norfolk coast. It’s very mild there and we miss the snow.
Thanks for sharing.
The Fab Four of Cley
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
This east coast of England is sometimes frustratingly mild!
Memories of my time living in the mountains, Andrew. Beautiful. –Curt
Looks good but so glad that we get little of it where we live.
I’m with you on that, Andrew. I like just enough to cover the ground and make things pretty…
