I think you could paint those doors every year but still the hot sun would blister it away!
Love the character and I think the “peeling” effect adds to the charm!
Painting is probably a waste of effort. One blistering summer and start all over again!
Exactly hence the charming “distressed” look!
I love photos of doors. These all have a golden quality.
Just need a coat of paint or two!
